Apartment Hunters

We are happy to say that we can officially check one important thing off the list of things to do before the big move! We got the official word from the leasing agent that we got approved for the apartment we applied for!! The best part, we didn't need co-signers! What grown-ups we have become :) 

Our apartment is walking distance to the mall, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, and Target. We haven't figured out if this is a good thing or not....ask our bank accounts in a few months! We are also right on a bus route, which will be convenient when it's not too cold to wait for a bus. 

I will send out new address cards for people who'd like one, so let me know if you want one! :)

Fargo-bound

Well, it's official! Brad got his notification of acceptance to the Master of Athletic Training programme at North Dakota State University. Needless to say, we are off to Fargo at the end of June! The next 2 months are going to be a whirlwind of logistics and planning, but it will all be worth it when we get to Fargo, and move in to our very own apartment. We are spending most evenings looking at online postings for apartments, trying to figure out where our perfect apartment will be. Not only have we been looking for apartments, but since we are likely to be taking whatever will fit into the Honda Civic, we are also perusing craigslist for cheap and gloriously tacky furniture that people are desperate to get rid of. Here are some of our favourites so far:
